Barack Obama voted against the "Born Alive Infant Protection Act" four times. How someone could vote against providing life saving health care to an infant who survives a botched abortion is beyond me. To place this baby on a shelf in a linen closet to die is detestable. That's called infanticide.
The U.S. Senate unanimously agreed to a similar bill in 2003. Obama lied stating if the state bill was like this he would have voted for it. Well it was and he didn't.
Let's look at abortion in simpler terms. Abortion ends the life of a human being -- period. From conception it is a human being, separate and distinctive, not a glob of cells as was thought when Roe v. Wade was decided.
Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, was a believer in eugenics. Her intended goal was the elimination of poor white southerners, Chinese immigrants and African Americans. In her own words, "The human weeds."
Obama said his favorite Bible verse was in Matthew -- as you have done unto the least of my brethren you do unto me. Who else is the least among us but an innocent child in the womb?
Yet today, the most dangerous place for an American to be is in the mother's womb, where one in five are murdered.
Preachers should be pounding the pulpits to end this ghoulish practice but instead they cling to their 501(c)3 like a frightened child clings to a Teddy bear.
It took William Wilberforce 35 years to end slavery. It has been 35 years since Roe v. Wade and the time to end this is now.
When you are in that voting booth, remember, the blood of millions of aborted babies will be on your hands with your vote.
